ISSUE PLAYING WEB-BASED VIDEOS
We are aware of a recent issue that has come up
pertaining to the viewing of web-based videos like what
we have here on our site. We at YourProductTeam
are working with the various manufacturers and other
groups to get this resolved as quickly as possible.
We believe that the issue is related to new updates in firewall rules within
Norton Internet Security. One possible workaround that we have seen work
is to temporarily turn off the personal firewall within your internet security
program before accessing the video and then turn it back on when done. For
instructions on how to do this, please consult your software help
files.
